Tier: National Contender
![]() | The game against Utah was a lot closer than it should have been. Utah kept causing PIs that weren't always called. The wind also made a big impact on the Penix's passing. Not to mention, their defense held Utah to 0 points in the second half. There were some bloopers, but if Washington doesn't get PI'd and their defense learns to play 4 quarters, there's a good chance they can win out and make the CFP
![]() | Although they've been in control of nearly every game, the USC game showed that a strong enough offense can break through Oregon's D. Even though they are more consistent, it is still plausible that Washington or Oregon State can beat them.

![]() | Winning games and getting the job done.
![]() | They absolutely destroyed Stanford showing their dominance as a top team in the conference. They very well could beat Washington next week at home.

![]() | Close loss to Washington though there were a lot of question marks in that game. They're out of championship contention, but are still a top half team.
![]() | University of Caleb Williams?
Tier: Bottom Half | ||
![]() | They look like a shitshow yet still somehow manage to come out on top.
![]() | Chip Kelly is washed. Quite the home field embarrassment. At least they've beaten most of the teams below them.
![]() | They're still beating the teams they should be beating.
![]() | Not the worst team, but that Oregon State blowout must have stung.
Tier: Bottom Feeder | ||
![]() | Very close game against Arizona. Still lacking depth, but will probably have no problem beating Washington State next week.
![]() | They're on a 6 game losing streak. What a terrible way to go out.
I said last time that I would flip Oregon / Washington depending on the results of this week. Although Oregon destroyed Utah while Washington did not, USC showed that a strong offense can break through Oregon's defense. Washington is better than USC on both sides of the ball. I think Washington has a shot at beating Oregon again on a neutral field. Given that Washington beat them head to head and had a similar spread against USC, I am not changing their power ranking. |
